How the connection works
When you connect your Kit account, Fetchbase uses the official Kit API to pull in your email marketing data. This connection is read-only. We never modify your broadcasts, tags, content, or subscribers in any way.
The only exception: Fetchbase creates webhooks to get notified when a subscriber’s status changes (e.g. subscribed, unsubscribed, bounced, or complained). This allows us to keep your reports up to date. You can see these webhooks in Kit under Automate → Rules.
You can connect your Fetchbase and Kit accounts by heading to Settings → Connect to Kit.

What gets synced
Fetchbase currently syncs the following data from Kit:
- All broadcasts and associated metrics (e.g. open rate, click rate)
- Subscribers
- Tags
We do not access:
- Product or payment data
- Automations or sequences
Deleting your data
When you disconnect your Kit account, all synced data stored in Fetchbase is permanently deleted immediately.
You can do this anytime by going to Settings → Disconnect from Kit.
