Overview
The Broadcast Report helps you quickly identify which email broadcasts are getting the most opens and clicks.
You can use this information to understand what resonates most with your audience and do more of whatβs working for you.
You can also export the contents of your email broadcasts directly from this report, making it easy to review, repurpose, or back up your past emails.
When to use this report
Use the Broadcast Report if you want to:
- Identify high-performing emails based on open and click rates
- Export your broadcasts and review, repurpose, or back up your past emails
How to use this report
- In the left sidebar, go to Reports > Broadcast Report.
- (Optional) Adjust the date range filter to see broadcasts from a specific time period (default: last 90 days).
- (Optional) Set the recipient count filter (useful for excluding emails sent to a small segment of your list).
- (Optional) Set the open rate filter (useful for focusing on emails with open rates above a specific threshold).
- Click Apply Filter to update the results.
- Click any column header to sort by a specific metric.
Columns
Sent Date | The date the broadcast was sent, shown in the same time zone as your Kit settings |
Email Subject | The subject line of the broadcast |
Recipients | The total number of recipients who received the broadcast |
Open Rate | The percentage of recipients who opened the email at least once |
Click Rate | The percentage of recipients who clicked at least one link in the email |
Click-to-Open Rate | The percentage of email openers who clicked at lease one link |
Clicks | The total number of clicks across all links in the broadcast. |
Unsubscribes | The number of recipients who unsubscribed after receiving the email |
View in Kit | A quick link to open and view the broadcast directly in Kit |
Exporting your report
You can export data from the Broadcast Performance Report in two ways, depending on what you need:
Export Report to CSV β Downloads a .csv
file of the report table you see on screen (with filters applied), including all metrics like open rate, click rate, and unsubscribes.
Export Email Content β Downloads a .docx
file containing the subject, preview text, recipients, open rate, click rate, unsubscribes, published date, and full message of each broadcast in the filtered list.
How to export
- Click Export in the top right corner of the Broadcast Performance Report.
- Choose one of the two options:
- Export Report to CSV
- Export Email Content
- Youβll receive an email when your export is ready.
- Click the secure link in the email to return to Fetchbase and download the file.
Good to know
- All filters applied to the report (e.g. date range, open rate, recipients) will also apply to your export.
- Exporting a large number of broadcasts with full content (via the Export Email Content option) can take longer to prepare.
