Heads up: Fetchbase is desktop-only (for now).
Overview
To start using Fetchbase, you'll need to connect your Kit account. This allows Fetchbase to pull in your email marketing data for reporting.
Connect to Kit
- In the left sidebar, go to Settings.
- Under Connections, click Connect to Kit.
- Click the green Connect to Kit button.
- Sign into your Kit account and authorize Fetchbase.
- You’re connected!
Your first sync may take a little time (15 to 45 minutes) especially if you have a large list or lots of broadcasts. We’ll email you when it’s done.
Each Kit account can only be linked with one Fetchbase account at a time (so two Fetchbase accounts cannot both connect to the same Kit account).
Ongoing Syncing
Once you’re connected, you don’t need to do anything else — syncing happens automatically.
Fetchbase automatically pulls in new data from your Kit account every 24 hours (at 00:00 UTC).
Manual syncing isn’t available just yet — but we’re exploring it for future updates.
